Privacy Policy
Information we use
NodeForge stores account details such as name and email, service configuration, bot metadata, support-ticket content, billing references and security/audit records needed to operate the platform.
Bot secrets
Environment-variable values are encrypted before storage. Customers should still treat Discord tokens and other credentials as sensitive and rotate them if exposure is suspected.
Payments
Stripe processes payment-card information. NodeForge stores Stripe customer, subscription and price identifiers needed to connect billing status to hosted services; it does not need to store full card numbers.
Service providers
Infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing and other operational providers may process limited information on NodeForge's behalf. These providers only receive information needed to deliver their services and are subject to appropriate privacy and security obligations.
Logs and security
NodeForge may retain application, audit, access and security logs to operate the service, investigate errors, prevent abuse and protect accounts.
Retention
NodeForge keeps personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet security and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and comply with applicable law. Account deletion removes the active account and managed hosting records, while limited transaction, audit, abuse-prevention or legal records may be retained where necessary.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of their personal information. Requests can be sent to support@nodeforge.host and will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
