Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
Customers can manage or cancel Stripe-managed subscriptions from the billing portal. Cancellation scheduled for period end keeps service access until the displayed end date unless another termination rule applies.
Plan changes
NodeForge currently attempts to charge the prorated difference for an upgrade before higher plan resources are enabled. Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal, with the existing plan remaining active until then.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility is determined under these terms and applicable consumer law. Contact support@nodeforge.host with the account email and relevant billing details.
Service issues
If a confirmed NodeForge platform fault materially prevents use of a paid service, NodeForge may consider an appropriate credit or refund subject to this policy and applicable law.
