Terms of Service
1. Service
NodeForge provides hosted compute resources and a management dashboard for supported bot workloads. Service features, limits and supported runtimes may change as the platform develops.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share passwords, secret keys or bot tokens with NodeForge support unless a secure process specifically requires it.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew on a recurring basis unless cancelled. NodeForge currently charges eligible plan upgrades before higher resources are enabled and schedules downgrades for the next renewal. Prices, billing periods, applicable taxes and plan resources are shown before purchase. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the NodeForge Acceptable Use Policy. Workloads that are unlawful, abusive, harmful to others, designed for credential theft, malware distribution, spam or attacks against third parties may be suspended or removed.
5. Resource limits
Plans include stated RAM, CPU and storage limits. NodeForge may enforce technical limits and suspend workloads that materially interfere with platform stability or violate plan limits.
6. Availability and maintenance
NodeForge aims to keep services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures, upstream provider issues and emergency security work can cause interruption.
7. Customer data and backups
You remain responsible for your source code, application data and independent backups. NodeForge may maintain operational backups, but those should not be treated as your only backup.
8. Suspension and termination
Accounts or bots may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements or material breach of these terms. Customers can delete bots or their account through the dashboard; linked subscriptions and managed hosting resources are then cleaned up according to the platform workflow. Where appropriate, NodeForge may provide an opportunity to resolve issues before administrative termination.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability or customer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
